The Ceviche Supper Club Menu – January 2012
With a little time to rest and recoup over Christmas we decided to open up our third and fourth Ceviche Supper Club in January 2012. In between clubs Carine went to Mexico to get inspired while I stayed in London digesting turkey and dreaming of clean Latin flavours. Once back together we sharpened our knives and dusted our brain cells putting this exciting menu together. We wanted to showcase of the best of Mexican ceviches and grilled fish as well as treating our diners to some celibrated Hungry Cyclist ice cream.
