		<description><![CDATA[This is a very nice stew, I&#039;m sipping my first bit right now. I&#039;ve never had snapping turtle before, and having caught and butchered one just this morning I&#039;m glad I found this recipe. The meat&#039;s very delicately flavored indeed, some bits remind me of alligator and others have a hint of sweetbreads.
You&#039;re doing something I&#039;ve always dreamed of. Have fun.
