The days are getting longer, the nights are getting shorter and we are fast approaching the season when a trip out of town is not complete without stashing your tent in your back pack and heading for the hills for a spot of camping.
In the US they know how to camp. Our American cousins have mastered the art of transplanting every comfort from home to the campsite but here in the UK we still have much to learn, so here is a superb blog post from the all new Epicurian Cyclist about rediscovering camp fire cooking.
