Ramen Vs Hunger – News from Yo Sushi
Ride a bicycle in South East Asia for a year and you are likely to spend many a happy meal hunched over a steaming bowl of noodle soup. Clean, warming and great value, a bowl of ramen noodles has stated many a hunger on my travels at home and abroad, and so I could not be hppier to see Yo Sushi launching a new Ramen noodle campaign to fight off winter hunger.
Designed to be a meal in itself and served in an extra large bowl, Executive Chef Mike Lewis of Yo has created five ramen dishes – Five Spice Gyū Ramen (beef), Miso-Dare Chicken Ramen, Kaisen Ramen (fishcake), Chāsiū Pork Ramen and Kitsune Ramen. In keeping with Japanese tradition, guests will be able to add chilli oil, garlic and sesame to taste. Check out the teaser video below!
