There is nothing better than good food after a bike ride. For the last six years I have been cycling and eating all over the world. From grilled snakes in Cambodia to wild pigs in France. With this menu you can discover all my pedal powered adventures. Explore & Enjoy
Working from home has its up and downs. Some days you get things done that you need to get done and some days you get things done that don't need to be done. Eitherway things get done, but the key is making sure the things that need to get done get done. Hmmm?
Anyway, since working from home the Radio has become my best friiend, and if its not playing my home feels empty. Radio 2, 4 & 6 all share the majority of my air time and this weeks it has been a complete treat to listen to Tequila Oil: Getting Lost In Mexico by Hugh Thomson on Radio 4 book of the week an account of Hugh's 1979 road trip through Mexico to Belize, aged 18 and without knowing how to drive.
Having cycled through much of the territory that Hugh writes about it has been a joy to hear and be taken back to places in Mexico that dont sound like they have changed much in the last 30 years. I cant wait to read more.
