Portraits From The Burgundy Wine Harvest

In 2011, while taking a break from running gastronomic cycling holidays for DuVine Adventures, I picked grapes for two weeks. For over 2000 years this ancient harvest take place producing some of the greatest wines in the world. Back breaking work, every grape is picked by hand in mixed weather conditions. Hard work, community spirit and being in a natural environment have made this one of the happiest two weeks of my life. Here are some photos
