The sound of sizzling sausages; the smell of freshly baked bread; the lightness of a perfect souffle, the punch of a fresh chili. Eating is one of humanities most fundamental pleasures so much so that its involvement deploys almost all of our base senses.  In order to be fully appreciated food has to smell good, feel good, tastes good and sound good but we also eat with our eyes.  Here is a gallery dedicated to the beauty of London’s global food.
