Polvo ao Vinaigrette. Octopus Salad. Bahia, Brazil.
1. Place your octopus tentacles in a large pan, cover with water, add a little salt and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for one hour. 2. With a fork, remove the octopus tentacles from the pan and once cooled a little cut into small pieces a centimeter or so wide. 3. Now place your chopped octopus tentacles in a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and give it all a good toss. 4. Serve warm and enjoy with plenty of cold beer.
