Photos From Wild Boar Hunting In France

The Hungry Cyclist has been away. Taking a week off in L’Ardeche in Southern France and seeing my parents before heading up the Mekong, I may have been on holiday but I still had my nose to the ground for culinary adventure. Lucky enough to be invited wild boar hunting on the opening day of the season I failed to shoot any sanglier but was lucky enough to shoot these photos. The whole morning gave me a fascinating insight into rural life in this hidden corner of France and a freezer full of wild boar. Words and recipes to follow soon.
