Peach & Sour Cream Pie
1. Blend sour cream, orange juice, brown sugar, salt and egg yolks. 2. Roll out your pastry and line a pie dish. Sprinkle with a little flour. 3. Pour in peaches and sprinkle with remaining flour. Pour sour cream mixture over peaches. 4. Cover the pie with the remaining pastry. Bake 425F for 15 minutes, then 350F for 30 minutes. 5. serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
