P is for Pisco Sour and Peru – The Hungry Cyclist Podcast from Ceviche W1
As part of my Eating London A to Z project with the unstoppable Al Humphreys, for the letter P we went in search of the authentic flavours of Peru. With a visit to the newly opened Ceviche in Soho W1 we fuelled ourselves of the finnest piscos sours this side of teh Andes and the fresh flavours of ceviche and oxe heart.
The long- time dream of Martin Morales, Ceviche is London’s first, but not last, Peruvian restaurant. Find out more about our visit and his inspiring story here with The Hungry Cyclist Podcast.
