1. Peel and slice the avocados, discarding the seed. Place fruit, lime juice and sugar in a your blender.

2. Whizz at a high speed until completely smooth. Adding a little water if the mix is stiff . It should be smooth and creamy.

3. Chill for a few hours and serve in a glass with a little ice.
