Ceviche seems to be the buzz food at the moment and one man leading the field here in London is Martin Morales. His much anticipated restaurant Ceviche will be opening in the early spring. I for one cant wait to get on my bicycle and pedal to the West End for some Latin treats and inspiration for The Ceviche Supper Club.
