C is for Cambodia: Eating London A to Z – Video Post

Our A to Z of London’s World of Food is now well under way. Afghan and Bolivian food have already been on global menu but for C we headed for a taste of South East Asia in Camden North,London.

Last year while cycling up the Mekong River, I spent a number of months in Cambodia and so to taste the countries cuisine again was a treat. Lemongrass is owned and run by chef Thomas who singlehandedly provides Khmer cuisine as good as any I enjoyed while in Phnom Penh. His beef Lok Lak is a marvel. Here is a video from our visit.
