Green Sundays @ Arcola
On the 1st March I will be taking part in the launch of Green Sundays at the Arcola Theatre. Talking about the benefits of sustainable cooking and the importance of sustainable recipes and their effect on culinary culture and the environment. I will also be reading an extract from my book followed by a Q&A.
