Cornell BBQ Chicken Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Veg Oil
- 1 Cup of Cider
- 1 Cup of Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp of Chicken Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp of salt
- 1/2 tbps of pepper
Place all these ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixed. Store in refrigerator and marinate chicken halves the night before you get cooking. Fire up the grill and let your guests enjoy a taste of Upper New York State.
