Cornell BBQ Chicken Sauce

Why not add a little Finger Lakes flavour to your BBQ this summer. This is the recipe of the famous sauce developed by Prof Bob Barker of Cornell University. It is the BBQ sauce of Ithaca, and I picked it up while cycling in New York State in 2005.
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Veg Oil
  • 1 Cup of Cider
  • 1 Cup of Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Chicken Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbps of pepper

Place all these ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixed. Store in refrigerator and marinate chicken halves the night before you get cooking.
