I was sad this evening to hear about the great carpet tac attack on the tape Caledonia around Pitlochry in Perthshire.

It all sounded a bit Whacky Races, but having experienced a burst tyre when at full tilt I know there is nothing more terrifying. Whoever committed this mindless act will no doubt be apprehendedby the Scotish police and I only hope their punishment involves carpet tacs. The fact that the event was raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support only highlights the stupidity and narrow mindedness of the guilty party. If anyone has any suggestions for some tac related punishments do please comment.
