Of all the countries to choose for a gastronomic bike ride, America is perhaps not the the first choice. With a reputation for fast food and super sizes it gets a bad wrap. However as I pedaled through the United States from meal to meal I discovered that The USA is a fascinating cocktail of culinary influences from all over the planet.
